ForgePoint Systems is an EU-based software development and IT consulting company. We act as a data controller for information you submit through our website forms, and as a data processor for client project data under the terms of our contracts.

When you request a discovery call, we collect your full name, work email address, project description, and your NDA preference. We do not collect sensitive personal data through this website.
3. How We Use Your Data
Your information is used solely to respond to your inquiry, assess project fit, and schedule a discovery call. We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Your GDPR Rights

5. Data Retention & Security
Inquiry data is retained for a maximum of 24 months. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest, with access restricted to authorized personnel under our ISO 27001-aligned information security management system.
