These terms govern your use of the ForgePoint Systems website. Commercial engagements are governed by separate master services agreements and statements of work executed between ForgePoint Systems and each client.
2. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, design, and proprietary solution descriptions — is the property of ForgePoint Systems and may not be reproduced without written permission. Client deliverables and IP ownership are defined in each project's statement of work.
3. Confidentiality
Information shared during discovery calls is treated as confidential. We execute NDAs on request before any substantive technical discussion, and all employees are bound by standing confidentiality obligations.
4. Limitation of Liability
This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by applicable EU law, ForgePoint Systems is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
5. Governing Law
